Getting In Touch
Finding the right therapist is hugely important. I offer an initial consultation at a reduced rate (I call this an intake session) so that we can meet and get a feel for working together. It also gives me the chance to see if I can be of help to you. After meeting, you may decide to engage in therapy with me, or you may choose to continue looking around to experience working with other therapists. Making an informed decision is key.
Occasionally I decide that people could do better working with another therapist, perhaps one with particular expertise in the area they require help with. If this is the case, we will talk about it, and I will do my best to give you the name of another therapist who might be able to help.

If we agree to work together, we go on to meet weekly, for 6 sessions initially, after which we review our work and see how things are going. For some this may be long enough, and for others, we may decide to continue working.
All therapy sessions last 50 minutes. Mindfulness (MBCT) sessions last 90 minutes.
Initial intake session lasting 50 minutes - £25
Individual therapy lasting 50 minutes - £50
Individual MBCT mindfulness session lasting 90 minutes (including ematerials) - £75
